Becks Prime in Houston

Food is really good, but over priced. Also everything is sold separately, so they stick you even more for a drink and fries. Don't think I will be going back.

Holy Cow, this place is absolutely incredible! 5 star food and service!! Grill cook Amos is the GOAT!!!

It was my 1st time at this restaurant chain and location and I had such a wonderful experience!! Everyone had a wonderful attitude, especially Ryan, the cashier that attended to me! The bacon cheese burger was absolutely sub par! I would definitely recommend this restaurant chain and location to the people around me :) I will for sure be coming back for more!

The burger looked huge and delicious, I was so ready to eat it. The package they put the food in had a strong chemical smell that transferred to the burger. I basically wasted $30 ordering through door dash. Couldn’t eat it.

We had great Hickory Burgers tonight and both were cooked perfectly. A special thanks to staff Brian and Valentin for helping us when our car battery died. A great experience that could have been much worse. Thanks again!

Two stars because the food is pretty good. That doesn’t excuse the rude behavior, so Sadly I can’t give more because of the rude behavior of the staff. I cancelled a fairly expensive order because of the rudeness my wife & I experienced from the cashier and what I guess is the busboy.Sorry, not paying $38 for a steak when treated rudely and clearly being talked about by the busboy and the cook. Lost a longtime customer over some stupid attitudes from their hourly help.

Becks Prime is one of my all time favorite restaurants period!

NO BOOTHS, but No Problem! My wife and I are Pretty Big Becks Prime Fans and Wanted To Explore another Location. As Soon As We Pulled Up to The Building and Parked Beneath The Signature Trees, We Knew The Experience Would Not Disappoint. The Patio Was Beautiful and There Was Plenty Of Seating. I Noticed Wooded Spheres with Lights Hanging From The Trees and Also Safety Lighting That I Would Like To See At Night. The Menu and Food Quality Was Just As Good as Expected and Overall I Wouldn't Hesitate To Go Again With A Friend.

A little pricey, but totally worth it. Very good mouth feels. New truffle fries are 👌

I only get Bills Burger and fries for the past 5 years (5-6 times a year). By far the best burger I ever tried in Houston. I don't go out of my way for burgers but this one is by my house! Go there and treat yourself with a bills burger. Don't forget the fries!

My favorite place for vanilla milkshakes. Regular fries are good as well

Very rude establishment . Messed up my order than had the nerve to get smart and over talk me when all I wanted was my order remade. Then the worker went over and talked to the cashier about me in my face as if I was not the customer. I told the manager I did not appreciate being interrupted by the cashier and he stated “that was okay because knew what happened with the order” I guess just forget the fact the customer was talking first. Very unprofessional.

Becks Prime is the best burger place ever!!!!I always get the Blue Cheese Burger with pickles.The burger is always extremely juicy and they add the perfect amount of blue cheese!It is a bit pricey but the quality is always over the top!!!Their Parmesan Truffle Fries and Shakes are pretty good as well!

Good food & friendly service.

The food is fresh, delicious and much of it really healthy. Some of it is not so healthy (the best burgers and fresh-cut fries, imho) but always fresh and delish. The staff is always friendly and helpful. When I'm in Houston, I always go to Beck's at least once, often more than once.

Great patty. Good bun. But, the cheese was not melted nearly enough. Perfect cheese-goo is important for a 5-star cheeseburger experience.

Burger was so juicy & loaded! I am not able to eat gluten. Praying they provide GF buns soon. Sweet potato fries were awesome. Salads were awesome! Always dependable for great food. Cashiers here, do not seem not happy. Kitchen staff and bussboy/guy very friendly & caring!

Very aggressive and rude person - more of a bouncer than a restaurant employee - at Beck's - Wilcrest and Westheimer had on Sunday, July 5th. Customer was harassed because "his mask was not covering his entire nose". The young lady at the counter later came over to apologize and made a comment that I was not the first customer to have faced that bad experience today.

Hot, fresh, DELICIOUS!!! Worth every penny. Expensive but so good. I am not sure how they pack the flavor in but I hope it never stops. The ahi tuna sandwich is a MUST HAVE! A similar wait time to five guys and smashburger for MUCH better product!

Placed my order online, arrived at the time it was to be picked up and there my order was all ready to go, hot and still the great food we expect from Becks. Outstanding friendly service. Order ahead to skip the wait and maintain that distance because you can be in and out fast.

I have the hamburger whenever I go there. Very tasty. Clean and comfortable.

Wonderful burgers! I'm from MN and when I come down to Energy Corridor in TX it's my first stop. Beautiful setting tucked in gorgeous landscaping and they have a drive thru. I try burgers from all over the US when I travel for work and these are up there at the top of my list of the best thing I ever ate...Get the Bills Burger extra prime sauce...Amazing!

Seems like only in Texas can you get a fast-food setting steak dinner. This place even has a drive-thru. The steak was decent, not super-tasty and not super-tender, just pretty good. I didn't really care for their seasoning so much. You can purchase small bottles of wine and beer and other drinks here, and all their sides were actually very good. I actually liked the loaded baked potato more than the steak. Was a 40 or $45 'fast food' meal that I ate on their outdoor patio which is actually pretty nice.

I've been coming to Becks for years. Simple fact it's great quality, good atmosphere really good food.

Service is good and the food is decent. This location does get busy at times so must be a good sign. You can sit outside if you don't mind the Texas heat!

Becks Prime is a pretty decent Hamburger restaurant with a great outdoor patio. Very nice place to unwind after a day of work ... steps away from the Hilton Garden Inn Energy Corridor for instance. The food is pretty tasty and value for money in my experience.
